"I highly highly recommend Cindy!! I contacted Cindy from out of state, interested in a vacation home in Park City we had never seen. She had no way to know if we were serious buyers or just dipping our toes, but she was incredibly helpful and responsive from day one. We did not put an offer in on that house, and kept changing our minds what we were looking for, but she continued to actively help us throughout. She even sent letters out to owners for homes we were interested in which weren't on the market (hey, you never know!). We put offers in on multiple homes, above asking in this crazy market , and she helped us figure out what our ceiling would be so we didn't get caught up in "winning" (which would also have given her more commission and got us out of her hair!) but rather helped us stay within reasonable bounds for any given property.
