As you travel higher up the mountain, ski access and the views expand. If luxurious ski-in/ski-out condos with amenities are important to you, the Empire Pass area of Deer Valley and Canyons Village should be considered. For turn-key luxury condos in Deer Valley, I suggest St. Regis, The Montage, Stein Eriksen Residences, and the newer high-end luxury Empire Pass Residences.
For value and affordability with rental income potential, a buyer might consider the Old Town area and the smaller condos close to Main Street and Park City Mountain. If rental income is not as important to you, the Jordanelle and Synderville Basin areas have a great selection of condos and townhomes.
