More About Red Ledges Golf & Amenities
All residents of Red Ledges are required to hold at least one of the three memberships. Less than 400 Golf Memberships are available, meaning not all homeowners can enjoy full golfing privileges.
- Golf Membership
This premier membership provides full access to the 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, the 12-hole Golf Park, and all club amenities. It requires a $225,000 deposit and annual dues of approximately $15,600. - Golf Park Membership
Ideal for those who prefer a more casual golf experience, this membership grants access to the 12-hole Golf Park and other club amenities. It involves an $80,000 deposit and annual dues of around $10,800. - Lifestyle Membership
Designed for non-golfers, this membership offers access to the community's extensive non-golf amenities, including the Village Center, tennis academy, fitness facilities, dining venues, and various social events. It requires a $55,000 deposit and annual dues of approximately $8,100.
No Green or Cart fees for members. Rates apply for extended family and guests who are accompanied. All residences are subject to additional Community Association Master Dues. These dues include but are not limited to 24-hour security, common area landscaping, road maintenance and snow removal. Each of the Master-planned communities is subject to neighborhood dues, which include personal landscaping, neighborhood water for landscaping, and snow removal at the owner's residence. There are additional fees, including reinvestment fees, paid on every sale.
