The Aerie neighborhood will have larger lots and many of the homes have incredible down valley views or share the twinkling night lights of Main Street. There are two easy access points with entrances from the Old Town area or off Deer Valley Drive in Lower Deer Valley. The neighborhood winds along the hills give you the "above the world" feeling.

These townhomes feel much like single-family homes with four to five bedrooms and between 2,800 and 4,600 square feet of living space. In addition, they have attached two-car garages, large open floorplans, lower-level family rooms, large master suites, and great outdoor patios and decks with lots of bright sunlight. The April Mountain community is located on the south-facing top side of Aerie mountain that divides Deer Valley from Old Town. Many of the April Mountain townhomes provide stunning mountain views, including views of both Park City Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. Nightly or short-term rentals are not allowed in the April Mountain Townhomes which makes the neighborhood ideal for a second home or primary residence where you get to know the other April Mountain owners. If you are looking for a secluded luxury townhome that is still close to the Park City action, then April Mountain townhomes in the Aerie neighborhood should be considered.
