Willow Creek Park & Willow Creek Estates

Willow Creek Park
Year Round Fun
Willow Creek Park sits on 17.5 acres shortly after you enter Old Ranch Road off of Hwy 224 at the eastern edge of Willow Creek Estates. The park includes 3 playing fields, 4 fenced tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court, 2 volleyball courts, and 4 pavilions, 3 of which are available for rental. For our furry friends; there is also the Willow Creek Dog Park. The pond at Willow Creek is used as part of the dog park in the summer months and for ice skating during the winter months. The Willow Creek trailhead delivers convenient access to many of Snyderville Basin's spectacular trails. Willow Creek Estates is one of the most sought after newer neighborhoods in Park City. Completed in 2001, there are 72 homesites spaced along Pace Drive, Last Stand Drive, and Cottonwood Lane. Homes in Willow Creek Estates range from 3,000 to 5,500 square feet and most of the homes are on half acre lots. The architectural design of Willow Creek supports the contemporary mountain theme.

Swaner Nature Preserve
The Swaner Preserve began as a donation of 190 acres of land in 1993 by the Spring Creek Angus Ranch Partnership in memory of Leland Swaner. Over the next decade, several parcels of land would be added, growing the preserve to more than 1,000 acres. In 2003, Swaner purchased what is now known as the Swaner Farm, adding 107 acres to the preserve. The EcoCenter at Swaner Preserve is a 10,000 sq ft building that has interactive computerized displays about the surrounding environment. Swaner is a part of Utah State University. They offer weekly nature tours, wildlife viewing opportunities, summer camps, environmental education for children and adults, evening lecture series, and a gift shop with local and eco-friendly art and gifts. The Swaner Preserve has 10 miles of beautiful trails you can hike, bike, or snowshoe in the winter.
