This Park City Real Estate neighborhood represents the area around Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain area of Silver Lake. It used to be Lake Flat which was Park City's first mining settlement. The lake was inadvertently drained by a mine tunnel in the area. Upper Deer Valley - Silver Lake is now home to luxury ski-in/ski-out homes and condos. Homes in the area are at an elevation of about 8000 feet. The area is accessed via Royal Street from the base of Lower Deer Valley or by Ontario Canyon Road (known as the mine road) via Marsac Avenue (it's about 2 miles up the hill from the roundabout in Park City).
