It's winds up the Aerie side of the mountain and winds along the hills giving you the "above it all" feeling. Nightly or short-term rentals are restricted in the April Mountain Townhomes which makes the neighborhood ideal for a second home or primary residence where you get to know the other April Mountain owners. If you are looking for a secluded luxury townhome that is still close to the Park City action, then April Mountain townhomes in the Aerie neighborhood should be considered.
