Not Only Hundreds of Properties Sold, but Hundreds of Satisfied Clients...
Cindy Wallace truly exemplifies all that a real-estate agent should represent. She personally took the time to listen to my needs. I gave her the budget I needed to work within, she took the time and care to work within the framework. She never tried to hard sell. Cindy was aware that I was traveling from the east coast and that my time was limited. She respectfully only selected properties that fit into my price range and lifestyle. Cindy spent countless hours gathering information and checking properties on her own for me. She would then fax this information to me and was available for my calls and questions any time of day. She went the extra mile to contact owners of properties that were not for sale to inquire if they were thinking of selling. When I decided on my future home she worked diligently to get me the best deal, even working hard on the most mundane details. She always maintained a high level of enthusiasm while being the utmost professional. The tension and pressure of closing went smoothly and without a hitch because of Cindy’s knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend her and will use her for my next home purchase.

Cindy has always gone above and beyond our expectations to provide us with exactly what we needed, but it wasn't until one evening at a rather rough closing that we saw just how important having a GREAT real estate agent could be. The other party in our transaction faxed over a list of demands that were not part of their original purchase agreement, obviously trying to take advantage of the fact that the deal was so close to being completed and feeling like they had some sort of extra leverage making demands at the closing table. We were infuriated by the situation, but Cindy remained calm and collected as she phoned the opposing party and firmly took control of the situation. We were so impressed with the way that Cindy handled the negotiation, and of her obvious conviction to insuring that our best interests were represented. Needless to say, none of the extra demands were relinquished and the closing went off without another hitch. To us, her phone call sounded like one we would never want to have to handle, but when we thanked her afterwards, she simply shrugged and said with a smile "Taking care of you is what I do."

Her marketing and advertising is always first class and she makes sure the agents and public are always aware of her listings. I have always been impressed by how hard she has worked for her clients, buyers or sellers. As a fellow agent I'm even more aware now of all she does. You would be hard pressed to find an agent that will work harder for you than she will. She really stays on top of the market and what is available.
